Returns & Refunds

When you buy directly from us, we want you to be 100% happy with your experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, you may return any item(s) within 14 days after your purchase.  


Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Please a contact customer service team member if your order is unsatisfactory or doesn’t suit your needs. We want to make it right for you, as quickly and easily as possible

    Fill out the return info on the back of your order form. Can’t find your order form? Download a copy of the return form here   .
  • Step 2
    Email the return form to our customer service team at the following email team@campsunnies.com
  • Step 3 Once our customer service team confirms your request, you will receive approval to return the goods. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we are not liable for any associated charges.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return once we receive your order. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We will issue a credit or refund for the value of the returned items. For more details about our return policy, please contact Customer Relations.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
