Are Camp Sunnies UV-protective?
Yes! All our sunglasses offer UV400 protection, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays to keep your eyes safe during long days outdoors.
What materials are the Sunnies made of?
Our sunnies are crafted from durable materials like polycarbonate or acetate, depending on the style, for long-lasting comfort and wear. We also incorporate natural wooden accents on the temples — a subtle nod to the outdoors that brings you closer to nature and completes your perfect summer look. All while keeping eco-conscious design in mind.
Are your sunglasses polarized?
Yes, all of our styles come with polarized lenses, which help reduce glare — especially useful around water, snow, and bright outdoor settings.

How do I track my order?
Yes! We provide a customization service where you can create a unique pair of sneakers with personalized colors, artwork, and designs. Our expert artists will bring your vision to life. Contact us for pricing and customization options.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5 to 14 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
We do not expect customers to pay any customs duties. If you are unexpectedly charged, please reach out to our support team at team@campsunnies.com, and we’ll make it right.
Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.

Can I return my Sunnies

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
No worries, email us at team@campsunnies.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address before it goes out the door.
Do you offer gift cards?

I purchased the 1-year warranty, how do I use it?
If something goes wrong with your sunnies and you’ve added our 1-year warranty, no worries, we’ve got your back. Just fill out our return form which you can find here and make sure to indicate that you purchased the warranty.
One of our team members will follow up to arrange your replacement, as if your sunnies never skipped a beat.
